Postdoctoral Opportunity via CoCirculation3 MSCA Fellowship Scheme (Accepting Applications)

The Ozbek Lab of Human Genetics at Izmir Biomedicine and Genome Center (IBG) is now accepting applications for postdoctoral researchers with expertise in computational modelling and transcriptomics to be recruited through the CoCirculation3 Project, funded under the Horizon Europe MSCA COFUND scheme and implemented by TÜBİTAK.

CoCirculation3 is a prestigious postdoctoral fellowship program which aims to support experienced researchers from around the world in carrying out high-quality research at Türkiye’s leading academic and non-academic institutions with a competitive salary.

The Ozbek Lab is expanding its focus to integrate large-scale multi-omics data in rare and undiagnosed diseases. We are seeking a creative and driven postdoctoral researcher to lead our efforts in the in-silico modelling of transcriptome and proteome data. The primary goal is to build predictive models that can elucidate the complex molecular networks and pathways disrupted in rare diseases. This work will complement our existing strengths in genomic analysis and bioinformatics to uncover novel disease mechanisms and potential therapeutic targets.
