IBG-Rare Club
Rare and Undiagnosed Diseases Research and Communication Club
IBG-Rare operates under the umbrella of the RareBoost project at IBG. Our members consist of passionate individuals from diverse backgrounds, including clinicians, researchers, and students, all united by a common goal: to make a difference in the lives of those affected by rare diseases.
Our mission is to foster collaboration, education, and outreach to drive progress in understanding and addressing rare and undiagnosed conditions.
IBG-Rare Activities
Monthly Meetings: We host regular meetings to discuss the club’s ongoing and future activities and collaborate on initiatives aimed at tackling rare diseases.
Journal Clubs: Our journal clubs provide a platform for in-depth discussions on recent publications and breakthroughs in the field, fostering critical thinking and knowledge exchange among members.
Social Events: Beyond our academic pursuits, we recognize the importance of fostering a supportive and inclusive community. We organize social events to strengthen connections among members and promote a sense of belonging.
