Meeting with the Izmir Branch of ALS-MNH Association

Prof. Uğur Özbek (IBG RareBoost ERA Chair), Prof. Ayşe Semra Hız (DEU Department of Pediatric Neurology) and Sinem Aktuğ (IBG Özbek Human Genetics Laboratory Manager) visited the Izmir Branch of ALS-MNH Association.

ALS-MNH Association President Dr. Alper İhsan Kaya, ALS-MNH Association İzmir Branch Vice President Lawyer Ayşen Özkaya and Association Coordinator Gökhan Arıkan attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the RareBoost project and IBG’s work in the field of rare diseases were explained. The support provided by the ALS-MNH Association Izmir Branch to ALS patients and the academic studies that can be done jointly with RareBoost and the IBG team were discussed.
