Students improved their presentation skills at the IBG Training workshop

On May 14, 2025, as part of the RareBoost Teaching & Training Series, a full-day, in-person workshop titled “Body Language & Effective Presentation Techniques” was held at the IBG.

The session was led by Dr. Kaan Mert Güven from Müderris Training & Consultancy and was designed around an experiential learning model. Throughout the day, participants engaged in hands-on exercises and peer-based interaction to build practical skills in communication and presentation.

The workshop focused on key aspects of non-verbal communication—including posture, gestures, facial expressions, and voice modulation—as well as strategies for managing audience engagement and responding to questions effectively. In the final session, participants took the stage to put their learning into practice and receive constructive feedback from peers and the trainer.

This interactive and dynamic training provided a valuable opportunity for students and early-career researchers to strengthen their communication abilities, build confidence, and develop a personal presentation style for academic and professional settings.
